Licence and acceptable use
Technova IT Solutions Ltd grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on compatible devices connected to your Apple, Google or Microsoft account, subject to these terms and the applicable store rules.
You must not copy, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with or misuse the app except where the law expressly permits it. You remain responsible for your device and store account.
Permanent purchases
Ultimate, Designer Upgrade and Ultimate Designer are each a one-time, non-subscription purchase for the platform on which they are bought. The store shows the binding local price before confirmation.
Restore Purchases can recover an eligible entitlement while you are signed into the same Apple, Google or Microsoft account. A purchase does not transfer between app-store platforms, and restoring access does not restore saved games, settings or statistics stored only on another device.
Payments, refunds, family sharing and purchase disputes are administered under the applicable store’s rules. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Game Designer
The Designer saves rule configurations locally on your device. Each play creates a new random sequence. You are responsible for names you give saved games and for using the feature lawfully. Deleting the app may remove those designs unless your operating system restores local app data from a backup.
Changes and availability
We may fix defects, improve compatibility, change presentation or add and remove content. We aim to keep purchased functionality available on supported versions, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every device, operating-system release or store.
The app is provided for entertainment and general mental challenge. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool or treatment and should not be relied upon for health decisions.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost local progress, device or store outages, or loss caused by use outside the app’s intended purpose.
If you are a consumer, these terms are governed by the law that applies to you and do not remove mandatory rights. Otherwise, English law applies and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
