Reset game statistics
Open the Statistics tab and use Reset Statistics to clear gameplay and per-game statistics on that device. This does not cancel or remove a store purchase.
Delete saved games
Open My Games, choose the saved design and use Delete. You can remove designs individually without affecting other settings or purchase access.
Remove local app data
Deleting the app removes locally stored data according to your device’s operating-system and backup behaviour. Reinstalling may start with no statistics or designs. Device backups are controlled by Apple, Google or your device administrator—not by us.
Store purchase history
Apple, Google and Microsoft retain transaction information under their own account and legal requirements. Removing the app does not erase store purchase history. Use the store’s account tools for purchase questions, or Restore Purchases in the app to recover eligible access.
Support correspondence
If you have emailed us, you may ask what personal information is present in the support correspondence or request deletion where applicable. Email support@technovaitsolutions.com from the same address so we can locate the conversation.
