Summary
Technova IT Solutions Ltd provides Mind the Cards. We do not require a Mind the Cards account and we do not collect app analytics, advertising identifiers or gameplay activity on our servers.
Your game settings, saved designs, favourites, statistics and purchase-entitlement cache are stored locally on your device. Apple, Google and Microsoft process purchases and optional platform gaming features under their own privacy policies.
Game Center and Play Games
If you use leaderboards or achievements, the app uses Apple Game Center on iOS or Google Play Games Services on Android. The relevant platform may process your platform player identity, scores, achievements and related service information under its own privacy policy and account controls.
Mind the Cards sends only eligible Classic Climb scores and achievement milestones to the platform service. Saved Designer games, their rules and their results are not submitted to competitive leaderboards. If you are signed out or offline, gameplay and local statistics continue to work and pending eligible progress may be retried later.
Data kept by the app
The app stores the following information locally so its features work:
- game preferences such as sequence length, timing, repeated-card and label settings;
- favourite games and saved Game Designer configurations;
- game, success-rate and best-score statistics;
- a local record of purchase access returned by the relevant app store; and
- the app version and settings needed to operate the installed release.
This information is not uploaded to Technova IT Solutions Ltd. Removing the app may delete it, subject to your device backup settings.
Purchases
Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing or Microsoft Store processes a purchase and returns enough entitlement information for the app to unlock the relevant features. We do not receive or store your payment-card details.
Your store account, transaction and refund information is handled by Apple, Google or Microsoft. Their privacy policies and account controls apply to that processing.
This website
This is a static product and support website. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not contain a contact form. Cloudflare serves the static site and may process standard technical request data—such as IP address, browser information and security signals—to deliver and protect it.
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your request and retain it only as reasonably necessary for support, legal or security purposes.
Your choices
You can reset statistics from the app, delete saved designs individually, or remove the app and its local data. Store purchase history remains with Apple, Google or Microsoft. See Data choices for practical instructions.
You may ask about personal information contained in a support email, or request its deletion where applicable. We may need enough information to locate and verify the correspondence.
